What is ModOrNot?
ModOrNot is a platform built to help gamers discover the best, most popular, and fastest-growing mods across Steam Workshop and Bethesda games. With millions of mods available across hundreds of games, finding something worth trying isn't always easy. Popular mods often dominate search results, while newer creations and hidden gems can go unnoticed. ModOrNot makes discovering them easier.
Instead of focusing only on the biggest mods, ModOrNot helps you see what's happening in the modding community right now. Discover trending releases, explore rising favorites, and find mods that are quickly gaining attention. Whether you're searching for something completely new or looking to improve a game you already love, ModOrNot helps you find interesting content without endless browsing.
Our platform covers a wide range of games, including RimWorld, Project Zomboid, Garry's Mod, Counter-Strike 2, Cities: Skylines, and Bethesda titles. Each game has its own dedicated area where you can explore popular mods, discover new releases, and see what's currently trending.
What makes ModOrNot different is its focus on more than just popularity. A mod with millions of subscribers isn't necessarily the most exciting discovery today. Sometimes, a smaller mod that's rapidly gaining attention is worth a closer look. ModOrNot brings these emerging creations into the spotlight alongside established community favorites, making it easier to discover mods you might otherwise miss.
Every mod has its own page with useful information about its popularity and activity over time. Our rankings and ModOrNot Score help you explore how different mods are performing, giving you a clearer picture of what's gaining traction in the community. The information is regularly updated to keep discoveries relevant as trends change.
Beyond mod discovery, ModOrNot also offers guides, rankings, and articles exploring games and their modding communities. Whether you're a casual player looking for your next favorite mod or an enthusiast who enjoys keeping up with the latest releases, there's always something new to explore.
Our goal is simple: make discovering great mods easier, faster, and more enjoyable.
Less time searching. More time playing.
